Everyone's financial arrangement is different. For this reason, we have created a variety of payment options to enable you to receive the dental care needed for your convenience.
Dental Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients we will file dental insurance forms for you. Payment of deductibles and co-payments are expected when services are rendered. Our administrative team prides itself in helping our patients maximize their benefits. Please remember your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. The patient is always responsible for the cost of treatment regardless of insurance coverage. We are always available to answer questions.
